How we hire new people

Our recruitment process


Application phase

After receiving your application, our recruitment team will take a look at your resume and motivation letter. They’ll check if your education, work experience and skills match the position you’re applying for. If so, you will be contacted by our recruitment team to schedule a call.

First interview and online assessment

If after the call we see that you may be a good fit with the function and with Daikin, we’ll invite you for an first interview with the hiring manager. If the first interview is positive, you’ll need to fill in some online tests.

The final interview

If you’ve passed the online tests, we'll invite you to our Daikin Europe offices for a face-to-face interview with two departments managers and a HR Business Partner. We’ll take this opportunity to learn more about you and your interest to work at Daikin Europe and clarify all the questions you might still have.

The contract proposal

If both parties are positive about the final interview, we’ll be happy to make you a contract proposal! Welcome to Daikin Europe!
