The Academy team takes care of the organization of all training courses to support our employees with practical skills useful in the daily execution of their job. We offer wide variety of trainings from basic to proficient levels, covering both – soft and hard skills, general and specific topics, offered as e-learning or face to face. Internationally you can take responsibility and represent the HQ (e.g. acquisition or at an affiliate). We have International Mobility Platform and a team which supports and encourages our employees to go for an international assignment to Daikin offices in other locations.
