Brussels, 13 June 2022 – Daikin Europe improves its Heating Solutions Navigator tool for installers. The digital tool, which helps installers throughout the installation, is now equipped with a Quick Quotation Feature. Thanks to the feature, installers can create quotations or orders in just a few clicks, elevating both installer and customer satisfaction. The Heating Solutions Navigator is part of Daikin’s Stand By Me eco-system, developed to fully support installers while working in the field.
New quotations and orders just a few clicks away
Daikin’s Heating Solutions Navigator (HSN) is a digital toolbox to help installers from the first point of contact with the customers through the unit installation and the commissioning. It has now been upgraded with a new Quick Quotation feature, It allows Daikin professionals, in just a few clicks, to create a quotation and an order for the total Daikin eco-system, including heat pumps and heat emitters, as well as the controllers and accessories. Through its connection to the HSN, pricings for quotations and materials for orders are automatically sent to the ProShop platform, giving Daikin professionals a perfect, comprehensive quotation to propose to the customer.
The HSN is the ideal tool for installers allowing them to come up with the perfect solution based on the customer’s needs. Thanks to the extra Quick Quotation feature, installers save a lot of time while creating orders and quotations. A digital toolbox for installers
The Heating Solutions Navigator is a digital toolbox, designed for Daikin professionals and installers to support them with the installation of heating systems. It aims to provide the best-fit solution for residential homes. The series of tools in this toolbox help to configure the installation and customize it. Launched in 2017, the Heating Solutions Navigator is the installer’s wingman from the first point of contact with a client to the maintenance and repair after installation.
The HSN is part of Daikin’s Stand By Me eco-system, developed to fully support installers when they are working in the field. Daikin offers support from the first point of contact with the client through the installation, the after sales monitoring and possible repairs.
