What are the required safety valves?
a Domestic hot water - hot water output (screw connection, 1/2")
b Domestic hot water - hot water inlet (screw connection, 1/2")
The tank does not have an expansion vessel and does not provide for the installation of the tank. It must be applied from the field supply.
The safety valve should be purchased locally if an expansion vessel has not been installed. It must be set to a maximum of 7bar (0.7 MPa) at the water inlet.
It is necessary to ensure the input water is equal to or less than 4 bar. If it is necessary to install a pressure reducer (local supply), it should have a maximum opening pressure of 4 bar (=0.4 MPa) at the cold water inlet in accordance with applicable legislation.
Recommendation: install a mixing valve at water outlet because the anti-legionella program runs once per week and heats up at 70°C.
