Try the following:
- Redo the scan to see if this solves the problem.
- Please check that your wireless router is close enough to your WLAN adapter. The range of the WLAN adapter can be reduced significantly by obstructions containing metal (e.g. reinforced walls) and interference on the Wi-Fi channel.
Also if there are too many networks found with a stronger signal than your home network, your home network will not be visible.1 - Please check that the router is not set to use Wi-Fi channels 12, 13 or higher on your router’s setup page (ref. your router’s manual). The WLAN adapter does not support the use of Wi-Fi channels above 11. If the router is set to a Wi-Fi channel higher than 11, change the router settings so another Wi-Fi channel is used within the range 1-11.
- Please check that the router is not only set to the 5GHz bandwidth. The WLAN adapter supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n on 2.4GHz.
