Below you will find an overview of the 8 finalists per skill that will compete for place on our podium on Friday, September 13, 2024.

We are already looking forward to the final day and are curious who will go home with a medal...

These people (in alphabetical order) will participate in the final on Friday 13/09/2024:

The regulations state that a person can only participate in one skill.

People who were selected for multiple skills had to make a choice, we would like to congratulate them once again:

Due to the prolonged economic unemployment, we have the opportunity to have the final take place on a Friday and thus everyone can respect their weekend: Per skill, 8 candidates will compete for a gold medal during the final on Friday 13 September 2024

More practical information about this day will follow later, but finalists: put this date in your agenda!
 

The final list of finalists (including reserve candidates) will be officially announced before the summer holidays.
These individuals will then compete for a podium place on Friday, September 13, 2024!

We closed registrations at the end of March and it looks like this time
it will be an unforgettable edition too!

We received a total of 602 registrations from 333 people!

With your enthusiasm and dedication, the Factory Olympics promises to be
a challenging and exciting experience for all participants.

We can't wait to see what incredible achievements will take place!

Be sure to keep an eye on the website, because there we will communicate the
schedules of the preselections and announce who will advance to the final!

In 2021 and 2022 we organized the Factory Olympics.
Both editions were a huge success and this year we are going for it together again!

During this edition you can once again show in what you excel.

What are the Factory Olympics?
Since 2021, we have been organizing 'Olympic Games' here in our factory in Ostend
which focuses on certain skills that are practiced every day in our company.
Both blue-collar and white-collar workers can test their skills by participating in selection tests..

For each skill there are preselections and participants are assessed by a jury:
the eight best candidates will advance to the final on Friday, September 13, 2024
à 8 finalists x 15 skills = that are 120 finalists!

Which skills can I participate in?
You can participate in as many as 15 skills! Which ones do you dare to take on?

Since this year we have 3 new skills: Crane, Office and Safety.
We will be putting these ones in the spotlight soon. Can't wait?
