Eind september hebben we gemeld dat we vanaf 27/10 gebruik maken van economische werkloosheid voor alle arbeiders, behalve de Testkamers.

Dit systeem is strikt wettelijk geregeld en de juiste stappen moeten genomen worden zodat je via je vakbond of hulpkas de extra vergoeding van de overheid kan ontvangen.
Vanuit Daikin hebben we dit officieel moeten melden aan de overheid en dienden we de personeelslijsten met naam en rijksregisternummer uit te hangen in de fabriek.
Als de wettelijke stappen niet juist uitgevoerd worden door Daikin of door de medewerker, kan de betaling van de vergoeding geweigerd worden.
Het is dus heel belangrijk dat je deze informatie goed leest.
Nadat we de officiële communicatie gedaan hebben, dienen we jullie een “controlekaart C3.2A” te bezorgen.
Dat gebeurt op vrijdag 20 oktober of maandag 23 oktober. Indien je op deze dagen niet aanwezig bent, zal deze kaart aangetekend opgestuurd worden.
Deze kaart is een heel belangrijk en uniek document om de extra vergoeding voor de dagen economische werkloosheid te kunnen ontvangen. Verlies dit document dus zeker niet. Wij kunnen geen duplicaten bezorgen.
UPDATE: Wanneer krijg ik mijn kaart voor december 2023?
De controlekaarten zullen zoals vorige keer verdeeld worden op de werkvloer. De verdeling zal gebeuren op maandag 20 en dinsdag 21 november.
Indien je niet aanwezig bent tijdens de verdeling, zal de controlekaart per aangetekend schrijven verstuurd worden naar je thuisadres op 22 november. Gelieve je postbus in de gaten te houden!

UPDATE: When do I get my control card for December 2023?
Like last time, the control cards will be distributed on the workfloor. The distribution will take place on Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 21.
If you are not present during the distribution, the control card will be sent by certified mail to your home address on November 22. Please keep an eye on your mailbox!

Hoe zit het met je voorschot tijdens economische werkloosheid?
De dagen economische werkloosheid hebben mogelijks een impact op je voorschot. Van zodra je 3 onbetaalde werkdagen (onbetaald = geen gewaarborgd loon door Daikin) hebt in de eerste helft van de maand (te rekenen tot de dag van betaling van het voorschot), wordt je voorschot verminderd.
Voor november zijn er 3 economische werkloosheidsdagen in de eerste helft (2, 3 en 10 november). Hierdoor zal je voorschot dus minder bedragen dan in een standaard maand.

What about your deposit during economic unemployment?
The days of economic unemployment may have an impact on your deposit. As soon as you have 3 unpaid working days (unpaid = no guaranteed salary by Daikin) in the first half of the month (counting up to the day of payment of the deposit), your deposit is reduced.
For November, there are 3 economic unemployment days in the first half (November 2, 3 and 10). Therefore, as a result, your deposit will be less than in a standard month.
