Meet Anouschka
What is your job inside of the team?
I am responsible for the International Mobility Team, where together with the team, we support the business and our expat population with all their questions before, during and after their assignment.
We aim to stimulate international mobility within the EMEA-organisation, by actively promoting our assignments, working closer together with the business and improving our processes, also in view of further optimizing our expat experience.
Why do you think IM is important?
I believe that working and living in another country and organisation is widening your perspective from a professional and personal point of view. It is really a life-changing experience that no training or seminar can replace. I would certainly recommend it to everyone.
What makes it great to work for IM team?
Our customers, being the expats themselves and the team of HRIM, who are one by one giving the best of themselves every day to support our assignees and to further improve our services in view of the future. The variation and the appreciation we get every day, keeps us continuing to give the best of ourselves every day.
Tell us a fun fact about you :)
Before I went to Germany as an expat, I really was not very good in German. However, since my assignment, I really got to love the language, and now I am even singing along with German popmusic in the car 😉.My family and I can’t wait to go and visit our friends again!
Meet Elise
What is your job inside of the team?
I handle EMEA assignments from A to Z focusing on practical arrangements and compliance/payroll formalities to be fulfilled in this respect. I’m also working on projects related to HR IM in order to improve the service level and expat experience towards our assignees.
Why do you think IM is important?
An international assignment offers you a lifestyle change such as new culture, new language, new personal contacts - so it is enriching from a professional and personal perspective.
What makes it great to work for IM team?
You never know what a day will bring given the variety in assignment locations and the ongoing changes in an international legislation.

I’m not a travel addict and I like to ‘stay at home’ which you might not expect from an HR IM team member. However, I’m passionate about learning new languages, international people and other cultures which matches with my job as member of the HR IM team.
