What is the procedure?

Application phase

We'll take a look at your CV and motivation letter to see if your education, work experience and skills match the position you’re applying for. If so, our selection team will call you for an initial screening.

Assessments

If we see you may be a good fit, we’ll invite you to our Daikin Europe offices for an initial interview and assessment tests.

The interview

If you’ve passed the tests and we see that you’re a good match, we'll invite you to the office for a face-to-face meeting with business partners and a hiring manager. We’ll take this opportunity to learn more about you and your interest to work at Daikin Europe.

The offer

Becoming an International Trainee at Daikin gave me a head start in finding the best role for me at the company.
