Daikin Luchtreinigers
Speciale voorwaarden voor de plug & play Daikin luchtreinigers
Het spreekt voor zich dat je geen installateur nodig hebt voor een luchtreiniger. Dit maakt het voor jou nog makkelijker om van je korting te profiteren! De Daikin luchtreinigers kunnen via de Daikin Belgium shop gekocht worden met 30% korting per bestelling (met een limiet van 5 luchtreinigers per 5 jaar) bovenop een eventuele lopende korting. Dit betekent dat als er een lopende korting is in de Daikin Belgium shop, de 30% korting per bestelling bovenop deze korting komt.
Een complete online koopervaring voor ultiem comfort
Stap 1: Stuur een e-mail naar personeelskorting@daikineurope.com en vertel dat je een luchtreiniger en/of filter wilt kopen.
Stap 2: Personeelskorting@daikineurope.com stuurt je een couponcode nadat is gecontroleerd of je in aanmerking komt voor personeelskorting.
Stap 3: Ga naar www.daikinshop.be en voer de ontvangen couponcode in bij de kassa. Betaal online (Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa)Stap 4: Het apparaat wordt bij u thuis geleverd en u begint gezonder te ademen!
Er zijn 4 voorwaarden te vervullen
- Een arbeidscontract hebben met Daikin Europe N.V.
- Onderhevig zijn aan Belgische belastingwetgeving (tewerkgesteld zijn in België)
- Minstens 1 jaar gecumuleerde Daikin anciënniteit hebben (interim/tijdelijk/vast)
- Op het moment van het indienen van je factuur nog minstens 2 maanden ononderbroken in dienst zijn
Enkel de producten gemaakt door Daikin komen in aanmerking voor korting. De kost van de installatie of materialen van derden kunnen geen korting genieten.
Het aantal dat kan worden aangekocht mag het normaal gebruik van een huishouden niet overschrijden.

✔ Dit is een richtlijn. Elke situatie, elk huis is anders. Een Multisplit installatie kan bijvoorbeeld gecombineerd worden met Heat Pump of gasboiler.
✔ Elke personeelsaankoop wordt bijgehouden. Bij het indienen van je factuur vragen we een ondertekende verklaring op eer dat de aangekochte toestellen voor persoonlijk gebruik zijn. De verklaring op eer kan je hier downloaden.
✔ Er kan door de fiscus gecontroleerd worden of de installatie werkelijk voor persoonlijk gebruik geïnstalleerd is.
Bij Daikin Europe krijg je 50% korting op Daikin toestellen. 30% hiervan is onbelast, maar op 20 % moet de werkgever een sociale zekerheidsbijdrage betalen (bepaald door de Belgische wetgeving).
Wij zullen bij het uitbetalen van je korting, meteen ook de sociale zekerheidsbijdrage verrekenen op je loonfiche.
Wat is de prijs waarop de korting wordt toegepast?
In alle gevallen is het de installateur die de prijs voor jouw toestellen en installatie bepaald. De prijs van Daikin toestellen in de markt kan dus wat variëren, afhankelijk van wat de installateur vraagt.
Om voor de fiscus een duidelijke referentiekader te hebben en om voor iedereen van dezelfde basis te kunnen vertrekken, zal Daikin de korting altijd op een vaste prijs voor het toestel berekenen, nl. de adviesprijs voor dat toestel in de Belgische markt.
De adviesprijs wordt elk jaar voor de start van het boekjaar vastgelegd, en blijft geldig gedurende ons boekjaar (van april tot maart).
Hoe wordt uiteindelijk de korting berekend?
Wanneer je jouw factuur indient, gaan we eerst bepalen wat de adviesprijs is voor de toestellen op je factuur. Daarna passen we er de BTW op toe (6% of 21%). Op dit bedrag krijg je 50% korting.

Daikin Air Purifier
It goes without saying that you don’t need an installer for an air purifier. This makes it even easier for you to avail your discount!
The Daikin air purifiers can be bought through the Daikin Belgium shop with a 30% discount per order (with a limit of 5 air purifiers per 5 years) on top of any on-going discount.
This means that if there is an on-going discount in the Daikin Belgium shop then the 30% discount is applicable on top of it per order.
A complete online buying experience for ultimate comfort:
Step 1: Send an e-mail to personeelskorting@daikineurope.com and tell you want to buy an air purifier and/or filter.
Step 2: Personeelskorting@daikineurope.com will send you a coupon code after checking if you are eligible to receive an employee discount
Step 3: Go to www.daikinshop.be and enter the received coupon code while at the checkout. Pay online (Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa)
Step 4: Unit is delivered at your home, and you start breathing healthier!
There are 4 conditions to be met:
- Have an employment contract with Daikin Europe N.V.
- Be subject to Belgian tax legislation (be employed in Belgium)
- Have at least 1 year of accumulated Daikin seniority (interim/temporary/permanent)
- Have at least 2 months of continuous service at the time of submitting your invoice
Only products made by Daikin are eligible for a discount. The cost of the installation or materials from third parties cannot be discounted.
The quantity that can be purchased must not exceed the normal use of a household.

✔ This is a guideline. Every situation, every house is different. For example, a Multisplit installation can be combined with Heat Pump or gas boiler.
✔ Every employee purchase is tracked. When submitting your invoice, we ask for a signed sworn statement that the purchased devices are for personal use. You can download the sworn statement here.
✔ The tax authorities can check whether the installation has actually been installed for personal use.
At Daikin Europe you get a 50% discount on Daikin devices. 30% of this is tax-free, but on 20% the employer has to pay a social security contribution (determined by Belgian law).
When you pay out your discount, we will also deduct the social security contribution from your payslip.
What is the price to which the discount is applied?
In all cases, it is the installer who determines the price for your appliances and installation. The price of Daikin appliances in the market can therefore vary a bit, depending on what the installer charges.
In order to have a clear frame of reference for the tax authorities and to be able to start from the same base for everyone, Daikin will always calculate the discount on a fixed price for the device, i.e. the recommended retail price for that device in the Belgian market.
The recommended retail price is fixed each year before the start of the financial year, and remains valid during our financial year (from April to March).
How is the discount calculated?
When you submit your invoice, we will first determine the recommended retail price for the devices on your invoice. Then we apply the VAT to it (6% or 21%). You get a 50% discount on this amount.

- Je contacteert zelf één of meerdere installateurs. We raden je aan om te werken met installateurs waar Daikin België mee werkt, zo ben je zeker van de kwaliteit en dienst na verkoop.
Op zoek naar een installateur? Met deze handige zoeker lukt het je alvast.
- Installeer je liever zelf, dan kan je onze toestellen aankopen via EASYKIT (www.easykit.be).
- Je krijgt een offerte. Om de juiste prijs te kennen van je korting kan je een mail sturen naar personeelskorting@daikineurope.com. Zij zullen je een voorlopig kortingsbedrag doorgeven.
Om dit vlot te laten verlopen, zorg je ervoor dat er op je offerte duidelijk de materiaalnamen vermeld staan.
- Je kiest een installateur, plant de werken en laat die uitvoeren.
- Na afloop krijg je de eindfactuur. Controleer of alle materiaalnamen goed leesbaar zijn. Bezorg je factuur, samen met je verklaring op eer, aan personeelskorting@daikineurope.com.
Beide documenten mag je ook afgegeven aan de balie van HR4U.
- Zij gaan aan de slag. Er wordt gecontroleerd of alle voorwaarden vervuld zijn. Indien alles in orde is, krijg je na één week een bevestigingsmail met de definitieve korting.
- Hou vanaf dan de uitbetaling van je loon in de gaten. Bij de eerstvolgende uitbetaling van je loon zal je de korting uitbetaald krijgen en wordt de sociale zekerheidsbijdrage afgehouden.

- If you prefer to install it yourself, you can purchase our devices via EASYKIT (www.easykit.be).
- You will receive a quote. To know the exact price of your discount, you can send an email to personeelskorting@daikineurope.com. They will give you a provisional discount amount. To ensure that this runs smoothly, make sure that the material names are clearly stated on your quotation.
- You choose an installer, plan the work and have it carried out.
- Afterwards you will receive the final invoice. Check that all material names are legible. Send your invoice, together with your sworn statement, to personeelskorting@daikineurope.com. You can also hand in both documents at the POG desk.
- They get to work. It is checked whether all conditions are met. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email with the final discount after one week.
- From then on, keep an eye on the payment of your wages. When your wages are next paid, you will be paid the discount and the social security contribution will be deducted.
