What should I never do with my control card?

1.                   You  may NOT scrape or improve on a control card, otherwise you may lose your benefit.

2.                   When you come to work, don't forget the control card! You must fill in your control card every day before the start of the working day. The control card must be filled in when you start working. 

3.                   Never submit your control card without signing it, under grid 1.
