How do I fill in my control card C3.2A?

IMPORTANT to know:

  • You  may NOT delete and NOT adapt on a control card, otherwise you may lose your benefit (see below).
  • You must fill in your control card every day  for that working day and this  before the start of the working day.
  • Read carefully the instructions on the front and back of your control card.
  • Fill out the control chart with indelible ink for that specific day and before you start work.

 

FOR EXAMPLE: Before you start working on November 6, you must have the box of November 6 colored black but not yet the box of November 7. You repeat this every working day. 

When do I fill out my control card in December 2023?

ATTENTION: In December, there is a collective closure during the Christmas holidays from Saturday, December 23 to Sunday, December 31 (except for the people of Repack - former Spare Parts).

For the holidays, follow the instructions as listed below and further on the website. Do not follow the instructions as listed on the control card!

Do you work during the week? 

The economic unemployment starts on Friday, 1st of December.

So you have to fill out the card for the entire month.

The following applies for the collective closure:

  • 25th  and 29th  of December : Public holiday according the Daiin calendar
  • 26th and 27th of December : Yearly holiday (YH)
  • 28th of December : WTR
     

Do you work in Repack (previous Spare Parts)?

For Repack  the public holidays are planned on the 25th and 26th of December.
 

Do you work in the weekend ?

The economic unemployment starts  on Sunday 3rd of December  Don’t fill in you control card on 1st and 2nd of December! Leave these days blank!
 

The following applies for the collective closure:

  • 23rd and 24th of December : Public holiday according the Daikin calendar
  • 30th and 31st of December : Yearly Holiday (YH)

 

What do you do if you have not enough holiday to cover the collective closure?

If you have not enough yearly holidays (YH), "unemployment during collective closure" will be registered on the days not yet booked.

For those days "unemployment during collective closure" you will be entitled to unemployment benefits. You leave the box blank (do not colour it) on your control card. So you will not receive a separate control card for this period.
 

 

When do I fill in my card before November 2023?

ATTENTION: in November there are only 30 days, do NOT fill in the box with number 31!

Economic unemployment begins on November 2.

Do not fill in your card on 1 and 31 November! Leave this day blank!

Also November 11 leaves you empty, this day is NOT a holiday in the Daikin calendar.

 

Do you work on the weekend shift? 

Then economic unemployment begins on 19 November.
Do not fill in your card from 1 to 18 November! Leave these days blank!

  When do I fill in my card before October 2023? 

Economic unemployment begins on October 27. From then on, you'll need your control card.

Do not fill in your card from 1 to 26 October! Leave these days blank!

 

Attention:

If you have economic unemployment planned for all days between October 27 and October 31 AND you are not going to work OUTSIDE Daikin, you do not have to fill in anything on your control card.

You only need to sign the control card, under Schedule 1 and send it to or bring it to your payout agency (trade union/Furlough allowance office).

Heb je op October 27, 30 or 31 recovery hours overtime scheduled; you have to fill in an "A" on these days.

Do not fill in your card from 1 to 27 October! Leave these days blank!

How do I fill in my card? 

On your map you will find two schedules:

1.                   Schedule 1 must be filled in with the working days and absence days IN Daikin.

2.                   Schedule 2 must only be filled in for employment OUTSIDE Daikin.

Do you work under the WBAO/progressive employment system?

The following rules apply for FULL DAYS:

  • On the full days when you do not work and a receive sickness benefit = You write the letter "Z" in the box and this for the day that it applies to!
  • On the full days when you don't work because of economic unemployment (AND you don't receive sickness benefit) = You do not fill box in nor write something in it. Leave the box empty!
  • On the full days that you work = Colour the box COMPLETELY black (with inerasable ink).

 

The following rules apply for HALF DAYS:

  • If you work for half a day and are ill for half a day = Colour the box COMPLETELY black (with inerasable ink).
  • If you have half a day of illness and half a day of economic unemployment = Do not fill in and do not colour. You leave the box empty!

 

If you work half days then you must attach a sworn statement when submitting your control card that you work through the progressive employment system.
 

You can use the following text for this:

"Dear, I hereby declare that I have worked in half days within the framework of progressive employment in the month ... (enter the month of your control card here)".

 

 

 

How do you fill  in schedule 2?
Schedule 2 must only be filled in for employment OUTSIDE Daikin.

This applies to all employees who:

  • Self-employed
  • working for another employer (e.g. secondary occupation, flexi job or temporary worker)

Do you have a secondary occupation? Then you must apply for a separate approval from your disbursement institution (trade union or Furlough allowance office).
IMPORTANT: If you work outside Daikin, this may have an effect on your economic unemployment benefits.
 

ATTENTION: If you only work in Daikin, you do not have to fill in schedule 2!
